In recent months, Asus performs a competition with innovative products. The new Eee PC brand in Taiwan has announced the first notebook with Quad core Cpu. It will be market here in Italy. The Asus G71 is designed to meet the needs of gamers who wants to migrate from one platform to a mobile desktop. The hardware configuration is a high level, the G71 has an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300, a Gpu Nvidia GeForce 9700M with 512 MB of RAM DDR 3 Ram and dedicated system expandable up to 4GB, there is also the possibility to use two hard drives with capacities of 500 GB each.
The G71 also incorporates a small LED display located above the keyboard, thanks to Asus Direct Messenger feature that allows to view instant messaging contacts and other information about the system, also continues to play at full screen. One of it's best characteristics, is the audio section that helps the G71 a notebook to be taken into consideration for those who want to make a PC entertainment center without having to give up power and storage capacity, offered by a desktop PC.
