Eye Fly
An original camera to produce images with three-dimensional micro lenses 12616, was developed in Standard American University. It's called Eye Fly, fly eye, and scientists took as a model the eyes of this insect, which are composed of many small lenses, each of which shows a part of its wide field of view. Each lens has a group of pixels, ie, the dots that make up a digital image, creating a kind of relief map of the object to be photographed. This vision is much more realistic than that obtained with only two different angles, typical of human beings and other living species, which have only two eyes. Used to produce 3D images to be used in medicine, architecture and design in the multimedia field.

What's in today however is the new camera, lytro, which uses light field technology that could adjust your image's focus after taking a shot.
